What Is a QHHT Session Like?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a powerful way to access your soul’s wisdom. Developed by Dolores Cannon, this method helps you connect with your subconscious—or what I like to call your “Higher Self”—to receive guidance, insight, and even physical or emotional healing.
The word “quantum” is important. It points to the expansive, non-linear field we enter during a session—a place beyond time, where all versions of you exist. It’s here, in this quantum field of consciousness, that real transformation happens. You’re not just remembering—you’re reclaiming.
So often, the patterns we struggle with in this life—whether emotional, physical, or relational—aren’t random. Many of them are rooted in past lives, carried into this incarnation to help us learn, grow, and evolve. The body really does “keep score,” and not just from this lifetime. Sometimes chronic pain, phobias, or repeated challenges are echoes from another time, asking to be seen and resolved. And when we can find the source of those patterns, we can finally release them—so they don’t have to keep repeating.
Here’s What a Session Looks Like:
We begin with a conversation.
We’ll sit down together (in person or virtually) and start with an open, heart-centered chat. This is your space to share what’s been coming up—what you’re curious about, what’s been challenging, what you’d love clarity around. We’ll look at patterns, relationships, health concerns, spiritual questions—anything you feel ready to explore.
This first part serves two purposes:
It helps us identify what’s showing up for you and where it might be coming from.
It gently quiets the conscious mind so that your subconscious can step forward more easily in the hypnosis portion.
Then we move into the hypnosis.
You’ll get cozy and relaxed, and I’ll guide you into a deep, meditative theta state. For the next couple of hours, your subconscious (or Higher Self) takes the lead. You might visit a past life, a future self, a symbolic scene, or something entirely unexpected. Every journey is different—and the subconscious always knows exactly what you need to see that day.
You don’t have to force anything or “try” to make it happen. This wisdom already exists within you, and I’m the guide to help you unlock it.
Next, we connect directly with your Higher Self.
Once we’ve explored the scenes that want to come through, we ask your Higher Self to step in and answer any questions you brought with you. It’s often one of the most profound parts of the session—deeply personal, always compassionate, and often surprising. Many people also receive energetic healing during this part, especially for physical symptoms tied to unresolved experiences from other lifetimes.
We close with a recap and integration.
After you gently come back to full awareness, we’ll talk about what came through and what it means. You’ll also receive an audio recording of the session so you can revisit it—because the messages tend to go even deeper over time.
