What Is Energetic Realignment?
Sometimes talking through our struggles isn’t enough to create real movement. We don’t always need to understand the story behind what we’re feeling in order for it to shift. Often, what’s arising within is simply asking to be witnessed, cleared, and re-patterned at the level where it actually lives.
An energetic realignment is a relaxing session designed to retune your energetic field, clearing static and softening areas of stagnation so energy can move more freely. As the noise quiets and flow is restored through each energy center, your body naturally returns to a state of balance, coherence, and alignment.
What to Expect in a Session
Each session begins with a short check-in to explore what you’re experiencing and what you’re ready to shift. From there, as you relax on a warm table, we move into some gentle breath work to allow the field to open, followed by periods of rest while I work within the subtle layers of your auric field.
This is a collaborative process. Rather than directing your energy, I listen and respond to it. Your system leads, and together we support the unwinding of what’s stagnant, allowing clarity and groundedness to naturally re-emerge.
